The Government Commission, at its meeting on 10 September 2014, adopted the following resolution:

Against the decision of suspension can lodge appeal for reversal before the body has adopted, within one month from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona this agreement, or you can directly lodge an administrative appeal before the Court of Justice of Catalonia within two months from the day of that publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona.
Against Dismissal tacit appeal for reversal, can lodge an administrative appeal before the Court of Justice of Catalonia, within six months from the date on which the alleged act occurred. However, it may be another appeal considers appropriate.
