As we have been reporting since October 2012; Through our LOCALCENTER.ES real estate advisory platform and emails, the Generalitat de Catalunya has passed a law requiring owners, businesses, partners and tourist establishments in Catalonia to include the Catalan Tourism Registry (RTC) number in Any advertising by which the tourist establishment is promoted; And for that reason, the Generalitat de Catalunya, has modified the current Tourism Law with the obligation to advertise the RTC. It is important to remember that non-registration of the RTC can lead to economic sanctions.

After obtaining the RTC with the corresponding license; And communication to the Department of Security, (Police Corps of Catalonia, Mossos d’Esquadra); We are already in a position to offer the property as Housing for Tourist Use. More information here.
