It seems like news that could help us sell to those who now have money within the Union. Notaries through the EUFides program will facilitate the purchase of homes in Europe. The EU-EU Notaries Organization (CNUE) has launched the EUFides project that will allow EU citizens to buy property more easily and with greater legal certainty in another Member State. The EUFides project allows the buyer of a home to contact his or her notary who is in charge of the sale in collaboration with a notary in the Member State where the property is located. Notaries will inform and advise the buyer and the seller of the tax and property consequences of the transaction in the respective national rights. The cooperation between notaries will be done almost exclusively by electronic means, thanks to the leading technologies to share documents among notaries from different countries. This will enable the transfer of data and quick signing of the deed of sale.
