HACIENDA FINE FOR PROPERTIES RENTED WITHOUT DECLARING!! The tax agency raises its collection through research 16% until July, reaching 6.4 billion. An important part of this money has been obtained by detecting 4,500 rented properties without declaring thanks to the crossing of light consumption information. Hacienda has verified, thanks to the electric companies, that there were a lot of offices, industrial premises and flats for rent that, apparently, were closed but that consumed light. Another common fraud detected is to declare the second home as usual to be able to erase. According to data from the Tax Agency in these months has inquired in 750 properties in which it did not match the consumption of electricity with its declared use and in most cases, there was fraud. The Tax Agency has increased by 10% all its investigations, turning especially in the control of VAT declarations, where it has made 47% more inspections in 2011.
