Extra fees

Deposit: €500 (returnable at departure if everything is in the same state as when you entered).We will take reading of the electricity meter at the entrance and at the exit; if the consumption exceeds the usual limits in summer periods, we will charge it separately.If there are unpaid amounts, make a bank transfer to the IBAN that we will provide. It is located in Le Barrio de Mar, near the promenade. It is a neighborhood where you can have all kinds of shops, market, restaurants and coffee shops ... If you want to reach the terraces of the Paseo del Carmen, you can travel a few meters on foot to enjoy them. Far beach is 10 minutes walking.

House Rules

We expect guests to respect neighborhood and act as if they were at home; not making excessive noise, respecting the rules of the Community, the hours of rest. And taking them to recycling waste container. Remember it is not a hotel, not all neighbors are on vacation.
